Managing DirectorJohn, the current owner and Managing Director, joined the firm as a General Manager in 1974. He brought to the company a wealth of contacts and experience particularly in the printing of magazines and journals. John initially ran the firm as Managing Director until 1986 when he purchased the business in a management buy-out. He has continued to head up the company and drive it forward to become a successful and expanding business. His two sons Paul and Allan are also involved with the company.
Sales Manager / MD DesignatePaul has worked in sales for approaching 25 years and joined Warwick Printing eight years ago in a sales role. He was instrumental in moving the company into the printing of A5 community magazines, a key part of the business’ recent success, This has led to Paul being promoted to Sales Manager and being named as the MD designate. Sport mad Paul keeps very fit with tennis, hockey and running as well as enjoying time with his young daughters.
Senior Sales Consultant (Birmingham & West Midlands, Southern & South West EnglandRichard spent the early part of his career working at various Birmingham advertising agencies before accepting his first role at a printing company in 1987 on the production side. He subsequently moved into a sales position but has remained in the printing sector. The last 24 years of this have been at Warwick Printing.
Sales Consultant (West & North of England, Wales and Scotland)With 30 years in the print industry, Huw has experience in many aspects of the process from planning and platemaking to the implementation and operation of the desktop publishing systems. Before joining Warwick Printing his roles were primarily in pre press production and overall production including print. On moving to Warwick Printing Huw took on his first sales role which he has now been doing for over eight years. His spare time is taken up enjoying time with his young daughter.
Business Development Manager (East of England)Adrian joined the team in September 2013 and has 40 years of experience in the industry. This includes undertaking a four year printing apprenticeship and owning his own reprographics company for 10 years before moving in to sales. Adrian has recollections from being a small child at his Gran’s house of hearing the noise from printing presses at the original Warwick Printing building in Theatre Street. He loves to spend time at the weekends either on the hockey pitch, golf course or entertaining his daughter.
Sales Executive (Warwickshire, Worcestershire & Oxfordshire)Since graduating from Coventry University Business School, Simon has accumulated nearly 30 years of print experience. His particular area of focus at Warwick Printing is the development of the digital print business. Married with one daughter he enjoys hacking around a golf course and has a love of European history and culture. Most importantly he can order food in three languages.
Credit Control / AdministrationWith over 30 years’ experience in credit control Tracey has mainly worked in the financial services sector for companies such as HSBC Equipment Finance and Caterpillar Financial Services. Wanting a change from the financial sector she has since worked for Calor Gas and Enterprise Inns before arriving at Warwick Printing. For those who are old enough to remember Tracey once sang that Christmas favourite “Grandad” with Clive Dunn on the Birmingham Hippodrome stage.
Account ManagerSharron first worked for a print management company when she was just 19. Based in Warwick she stayed with them for 22 years, moving along the way into account management - with clients ranging from Barclays Bank & Britvic to creative agencies and local firms. More recently she has worked for B2&B1 manufacturing printers, including in the warehouse environment. A keen horsewoman, she has also been known to speed off into the horizon at the TT Races on the Isle of Man.
