John joined Warwick Printing in 1974 as Managing Director. He brought to the Company a wealth of contacts and experience particularly in the printing of magazines and journals. In 1986 he purchased the business in a management buy-out when he continued to drive the Company forward to become a successful and expanding business. His legacy and inspiration lives on as the mantle passes to his two sons, Alan and Paul, who have both been involved in the business for over 30 years.
Paul has been working at Warwick Printing for over 30 years. He has gathered a wealth of experience by having worked in pre-press, estimating and now in managing the growing digital printing side of the business.
Outside work, Paul enjoys spending any free time with his wife and 3 daughters (even when they are shopping) with socialising and dining out as other favourites. He also enjoys nothing more than the outdoor life, whether it’s walking the dog or fishing to exhilarating theme parks or relaxing beaches.
Kirsty has over 30 years of experience in the industry, working in a variety of roles ranging from bindery apprentice to account management and production planning. She joined Warwick printing in 2009 and was promoted to General Manager in June 2018. Out of work Kirsty enjoys shopping, lunching and wine and has recently turned her hand to cooking and home improvements (both with varying degrees of success).
With 30 years experience in the PrePress side of print, Paul joined Warwick Printing in 2008. When not out and about with his 2 rescue Lurchers, he spends most of his free time on the golf course, or in the Kitchen, where he will be knocking up a Focaccia, Monkey Bread or a Rick Stein inspired Indian dish, with one of his eclectic music playlists playing in the background.
Adrian has 40 years of experience in the industry. This includes undertaking a four year printing apprenticeship and owning his own reprographics company for 10 years before moving in to sales. Adrian has recollections from being a small child at his Gran’s house of hearing the noise from printing presses at the original Warwick Printing building in Theatre Street. He loves to spend time at the weekends either on the hockey pitch, golf course or entertaining his daughter.
Since graduating from Coventry University Business School, Simon has accumulated nearly 30 years of print experience. His particular area of focus at Warwick Printing is the development of the digital print business. Married with one daughter he enjoys hacking around a golf course and has a love of European history and culture. Most importantly he can order food in three languages.
Miriam has recently joined Warwick Printing in a sales consultant role. She has front of house and sales and marketing experience from her years at a serviced business centre and in the health club and hotel industries. Out of work she is a taxi driver, cook and cleaner – comes with being a mum of five!
Sharron first worked for a print management company when she was just 19. Based in Warwick she stayed with them for 22 years, moving along the way into account management – with clients ranging from Barclays Bank & Britvic to creative agencies and local firms. More recently she has worked for B2&B1 manufacturing printers. A keen horsewoman, she has also been known to speed off into the horizon at the TT Races on the Isle of Man.
With over 30 years’ experience in credit control Tracey has mainly worked in the financial services sector for companies such as HSBC Equipment Finance and Caterpillar Financial Services. Wanting a change from the financial sector she has since worked for Calor Gas and Enterprise Inns before arriving at Warwick Printing. For those who are old enough to remember Tracey once sang that Christmas favourite “Grandad” with Clive Dunn on the Birmingham Hippodrome stage.
Tracey first joined the family business in 2002. She took time out to raise her three daughters before rejoining to her current role. Her previous job roles include personnel and the finance sector working with mortgages and accounts. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband
Paul and daughters and also walking her Westie Macy. She enjoys interior design and shopping, shopping and more shopping.
